Fabric dyeing is all the rage! It is so mysterious because you never know what the end
result will be. That is what makes it so fun!! Come learn how to ice dye fabric and use it for craft projects like quilts, wall hangings, bookcloth to cover your handmade books, t-shirts, and a variety of other crafts. $65
Students age 16-17 welcome accompanied by an adult!
Day 1: Delve into dyeing
Day 2: Make a blank book covered in dyed fabric made the day before.

Dyes and essential supplies will be provided. If you want to try reverse dyeing bring 100% black cotton fabric. If you have a favorite dye color, please bring it. Bring as much 100% cotton (like muslin or linen, or kona cotton prewashed) fabric, t-shirts & sweatshirts, you can wear as well as photos for ideas! Some muslin type fabric will be provided. Bring a lunch-refrigerator, microwave and vending machine available.
