About this Event
This is a couples of event and the price is for two people
Please bring a cool bag to store your 2 pints of home made ice cream
Drinks available for purchase as well as a light snack will be served.
We will first learn the secret of custard based ice cream following our chef to learn the pitfalls and the importance of temperature.
Then we talk about machines and home style ice cream units and what to buy.
Then we will create our first ice cream an eggless or philadelphia style ice cream. There will be a addin station where you can customise your own creation.
Then we move to a custard based which we again can customise using espresso or chocolate or caramel to jazz up our ice cream.
Finally we will make a chocolate chip cookie to take home perfect for making our won delicious ice cream sandwiches.
So join us in our new home at LaSalle College for a professional style individual hands on cooking class.
