Cooking, chemistry, and ice cream! Join us for a summer break program to learn about physical and chemical change in the tastiest possible way. Measure out the ingredients with real scientific equipment, and churn them together in this bag-based science experiment. Remember to bring warm gloves, because chemistry is about to get cool! This program is suitable for all ages, but small children may require adult assistance. This experience costs $3 per participant and is not included in museum admission. Materials for this program are generously provided by Men Who Give.
