Ice + Breath + Yoga
🧘♂️ What is the ice and yoga workshop about?
We start with a brief talk on the benefits of breathing, ice, and technique. Then, we do an hour of yoga followed by a half-hour of guided meditation and breathing exercises in the Tummo or Wim Hof style. Finally, we enter the ice for 3 minutes—the necessary time for a therapeutic effect!
🌡️ Who is the workshop for?
The workshop is multi-level. We provide full explanations to ensure you're safe and accompany you throughout the experience. In yoga, we offer options for beginners and for more advanced participants who seek a greater challenge. The ice temperature is set between 5 to 15 degrees Celsius, depending on your preference and level.
Contraindications
The cold immersion is not suitable for pregnant women or people with respiratory, cardiac, or cerebral issues. While we explain how to go into the ice safely, you choose the temperature, and the time, you do the cold plunge at your own risk.
