ICE BATH WORKSHOP ON ROOFTOP GAPP

We will begin the workshop in the Oxford room at Hotel Casa and then move to the picturesque rooftop GAPP for the ice bath experience. Under the expert guidance of Movement Amsterdam, you will delve into the three pillars of the method: breathwork, cold exposure, and commitment. Experience the incredible benefits of optimizing your body and mind through controlled exposure to cold and oxygen.

The program starts with an informative introduction, followed by a breath work session and eventually (the option to take part in) an ice bath. You'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method and learn practical techniques to integrate the method into your daily life.

For those new to cold exposure, we recommend gradually incorporating cold showers in the days leading up to the event. This will help you become acclimated and embrace the sensation. Participants should possess a basic level of health, while pregnant individuals and those with epilepsy are advised not to partake. If you have any pre-existing heart or vascular conditions or other significant health concerns, it is crucial to consult a medical professional prior to embarking on the Wim Hof Method.

The workshop is thoughtfully designed with a limited number of participants, ensuring personalized attention and tailored feedback.
