This event is ideal for beginners as it will be a small group (limited places so book early).
We will begin with some regulating Breathwork to prepare us for the ice baths.
After the ice bath, you can heat back up and enjoy the sauna.
If you've been thinking of trying ice baths, then this is your sign, I promise you won't regret it.
There are so many benefits and you will feel such a sense of achievement afterwards.
