This year, the Irish Composers’ Collective is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a series of concerts taking place throughout Ireland.
With this concert the ICC will travel to Kilkenny and take part in the AKA Fringe Festival with a showcase of their own works. The concert will feature music for flute, guitar, and voice among others.
As is often the case with ICC concerts, there will be a varied programme of music that will span different compositional practices, backgrounds and creative approaches - and there will be a mix of veteran and amateur composers alike. The concert is guaranteed to be enjoyed by anyone who appreciates the creative process and seeing different approaches to music making, as well as those who love music in general.
