▪️ Rivedere le basi: Perfezioneremo i tuoi "tempi" e i lanci, lavorando su nuove varianti per ottenere la massima altezza e precisione. In questo modo, anche gli Icarian più complessi diventeranno più facili.
▪️ Linkare i "pop": Una delle pratiche più stimolanti che richiede precisione e concentrazione. Imparerai a collegare i pop che già conosci, anche quelli più difficili.
▪️ Lanci alti: La base imparerà a usare tutto il corpo per lanciare e afferrare, mentre il flyer apprenderà come ruotare in tutte le direzioni. Divertimento e adrenalina sono assicurati! Vedrai sia i trick classici dell'Icarian che varianti creative e nuovi movimenti.
▪️ Icarian Foot Juggling: Una pratica molto impegnativa, specialmente per le basi, che useranno principalmente la forza e la destrezza delle gambe.
▪️ Tecniche di "spotting": Imparare a fare spotting correttamente ti aiuterà a capire meglio la tecnica e renderà l'intera pratica sicura per tutti.
▪️ Allenamento e recupero specifici per l'Icarian.
Sarai immerso in un ambiente divertente e sicuro, dove gli insegnanti ti guideranno con un approccio tecnico, stimolante e di grande supporto.

▪️ Quick review of the basics: cleaning up your tempos/straight throws and discovering new variations will allow you to get your maximum height and accuracy. Challenging Icarians will become much easier afterwards.
▪️ Linking pops: one of the most exciting practices while training icarian that requires precision and focus. Learn how to link the pops you know, not only the easy ones
▪️ Big Throws: as a base you will use your whole body to throw and catch pops whereas the flyer will learn to rotate in all directions. Fun and adrenaline is guaranteed here. Expect the well-known Icarian tricks as well as creative variation and new tricks. They certainly know how to further spice it up
▪️ Icarian Foot Juggling: one of the most challenging practices, especially for bases, where you mostly use the power and ability of your legs.
▪️ Spotting skills: knowing how to spot properly all the tricks will give you a better understanding of the technique and it will make the practice completely safe for everyone involved.
▪️ Physical conditioning and recovery drills for Icarian.
You will enjoy this full program wrapped in a safe and fun environment where the teachers will bring their technical, challenging and helpful approach to this fascinating discipline.
