About this Event
Did you know that 1 in 5 Australians reported that they had a mental or behavioural condition?
In supporting this statistic and acknowledging that psychological injury is the fastest growing injury type in NSW, icare want to promote greater awareness in creating a Mentally Healthy workplace and a better understanding on how you can support your workforce should they be impacted by psychological injury.
Bullying and Harassment is the leading cause of workplace psychological injuries. This event aims to assist you in creating a work environment with an inclusive and supportive workplace culture to help you and your staff prevent and respond to workplace harassment.
