Join us for an empowering #IamRemarkable workshop hosted by Morgan Stanley, designed to help you recognise, articulate, and celebrate your achievements with confidence.#IamRemarkable is a global Rmrkbtly initiative that empowers everyone - particularly those from underrepresented groups - to practise self-promotion in the workplace and beyond. The initiative challenges the social barriers that can make it difficult to speak openly about accomplishments, and creates a supportive space to build this essential skill.During this interactive session, you will:
- Explore why self-promotion matters in both personal and professional contexts
- Reflect on common challenges and internal barriers
- Gain practical tools and techniques to confidently communicate your achievements
This session will be facilitated by Lucy King, who has been with Morgan Stanley for seven years, having joined the firm in 2018 as a Graduate Technology Apprentice. Lucy has been leading #IamRemarkable sessions for the past two years and is excited to share this impactful experience with the Equate network.
