In the weekend of December 13th, 14th and 15th, Isshokenmei Dojo and Itachi Dojo organize the I2 Fighting Camp! This year will be the second edition and this year will be a special event, as we will celebrate the 5 year anniversary of Isshokenmei Dojo and the 10 year anniversary of Tomoe Dojo: I2 Fighting Camp celebrates Tomoe and Isshokenmei.Normally, the goal of this recurring camp is to invite a renown international fighter as instructor and to learn from him or her for a full weekend. But because this year is a little bit special, we will invite not 1, but multiple instructors. We would like to invite you and your students, competitive or non-competitive fighters (12 years and up), to join us for a weekend full of fights, sweat and fiesta!
For the second edition of the I2 Fighting Camp we have been able to create a great line-up of instructors. We are proud to announce that the first instructor will be none other than Riri Ishihara! Riri senpai is the reigning World Champion (WKO World Weight Tournament) and is known for a very technical style of fighting. During the I2 Fighting Camp she will share her knowledge and experiences with all participants.
We are also very happy and honoured to welcome none other than Shihan Koen Spitaels as instructor! We are excited that Shihan Koen will be sharing his knowledge, energy and joy with us. He is the personification of what I2 Fighting Camp stands for: working hard while having a lot of fun and always with a smile on our face. Make sure to join us so we can create unforgettable memories together.
Special guest at the I2 Fighting Camp is Shihan Tadashi Ishihara. As trainer/coach for the Japanese national team, Ishihara Shihan has been involved in many successes of Japanese fighters. Prior to coaching the Japanese national team, Ishihara Shihan, was a successful fighter himself as well. Most notable results are 1st place at the Karate World Cup, 1st place at the All Japan tournament in weight categories and 2nd place at the All Japan Open Tournament.
This Fighting Camp is about learning, sparring, hard work but most of all: having fun in a good atmosphere!
Some general information about the camp:
- Date: December 13th until 15th
- Place: Sports hall De Hazelaar, Den Bosch, The Netherlands
- Costs: € 175,- for all training sessions, meals (dinner on Friday and Saturday evening and lunch on Saturday afternoon) and t-shirt
In your booking you can choose to include accommodation or to arrange accommodation yourself. We will provide accommodation in a hotel which is very close to the training site.
