Let's kick of I ❤️ BARRHAVEN MONTH with the biggest event of the season in Barrhaven! This event is a partnership between the Barrhaven BIA, Ottawa Farmers' Market, and Locally Crafted Markets and will feature dozens of vendors (both farmers market and artisan).This event is FREE to attend and we can't wait to see the community come out to have some fun, do some shopping, and celebrate our community!
This will also be an amazing family event with a pet theme in support of 3 local animal rescues: Ottawa Stray Cat Rescue, Freedom Dog Rescue, and Marshall's Dog Rescue. There will be FREE activities for everyone including your furry family members - so plan to bring them along! Watch for more details in the coming weeks!
To ease parking congestion, we will also be offering a FREE SHUTTLE between the Strandherd Park & Ride and the Market! The first 250 riders will receive a special swag bag including a major addition to our I ❤️ BARRHAVEN Merch! (Watch for more details soon!) The shuttles will run from 10am to 3pm allowing plenty of time to shop!
