I-TAL SOUP is an independent record label founded by Petah Sunday and Mighi Tsadiq in 2013. The music production is directed by Petah, a multi-talented musician and producer who handles the compositions, arrangements and mixes, playing and recording most of the instruments at I-tal Soup Studio.
The label’s musical style is UK roots sound system oriented, with militant steppers riddims, heavy bass lines and cultural lyrics. The executive production is currently managed by Ninjahdread from @10000lionssoundsystem .
Since the first release in 2014, Ital Soup music gained popularity by being played on the most legendary sound system as Jah Shaka, Aba Shanti-I, Channel One and many more,and collaborating with important artists names as Akae Beka, Pablo Gad to name a few.
As a performer Ital Soup has featured in differents events around Europe and India touring the most important festivals and venues, staging with a live show that consists of a 100% dub plate showcase filled with exclusives, unrevealed productions and upcoming releases.
In addition to the official releases, I-tal Soup has been
working with countless international producers, providing mixes, musical arrangements and instrumental performances with its distinctive trademark.

🇯🇲 Charity update 🇯🇲
Since Hurricane Melissa caused more urgent and severe challenges, the purpose of the benefit will be adapted to a Hurricane relief funds.
I’ve been in contact with some people in JA and they are crying out for more help. The situation is absolutely disastrous with St Elizabeth being the most impacted parish. Black River, the coastal town that was the point of landfall (“ground zero”), has turned into complete wasteland with consequences we can’t even imagine. Most houses are uninhabitable, going out without a mask or protection gloves is impossible due to the smell and dirt, and on top of that, a lot of fighting and robbing because of the desperate situation.
The locals want to warn us that there is no help from the government in the garrison at Black River what so ever! The poor people are left aside and organisations don’t reach the ghetto’s. Seems like a lot of the money goes into Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, … the tourist resorts.
We will work without organisation and donate straight to the people and families that need it the most. There is a constant communication with people going to the Black River garrison to provide as much help as possible.
We've also set up a gofundme (link in bio) together with @10000lionssoundsystem for voluntary donations and future projects.
Power supplies, food and clothing are the main focus.
