Pedro García will host a live panel discussion with two therapists, Ralph Cook and Bonny Kate Wise, to get an overall picture of what to do if we are suffering from anxiety or depression. We'll talk about why they are so prevalent in today's world, what is causing them, what the symptoms are, and what to do about them.
