About this Event
An event for black children aged 5-11 (of African & Caribbean descent; mixed descent is welcome!) to celebrate, shine and empower our young queens and kings.
This session will provide fun ways for your child to learn simple mindfulness tools, child friendly meditation & boost their self confidence and self esteem through affirmation practices, which will benefit them long term.
Come dressed up in fancy dress, your favourite outfit or whatever you feel comfortable in! Express yourself!
I LOVE MYSELF; Empower. Shine. Celebrate will run every school break.

Only 1 parent may attend with their children to ensure as many Children as possible can attend.
