I Am Fabulous is a hands-on essential oil workshop based on the work of Desiree Mangandog. We will walk you through protocols by applying specific essential oils to acupuncture points to remove common blockages.
We will specifically address 1. Eliminating overwhelm, 2. Boosting self-esteem, 3. Creating clarity and vision, and 4. Projecting your gifts, heart, talents and spirit out into the world.
Between each protocol, Vandana will guide us through a meditation enhanced with gentle sound vibrations. The use of instruments like singing bowls amplifies each meditation, helping to deepen relaxation, clear energetic blockages, and create a feeling of internal harmony. The vibrational frequencies work with the essential oils to release stuck energy and bring the mind and body into alignment.
This workshop integrates essential oils with the healing properties of sound vibrations to promote inner harmony and lasting empowerment. We look forward to helping you clear blockages, lift your spirits, and unlock your true potential!
We will provide all the essential oils needed during the class. You will apply oils to your own body as directed during the class.
Please bring a bottle of water to drink as needed. You will go home with a custom blend of your choice to keep the flow going for the next 2-4 weeks.
