This Teen Identity Course will be held at Equine Sport Centre, incorperating horses into these sessions. This is a Christian based course, teaching the kids to work through challenges (based on CBT Method) and finding their Identity of who they really are and that it is OK to be different and authentic and not to be defined by past traumatic experiences.
