Join us for the 3rd Annual I AM Enough Survivors Symposium, a decisive event celebrating self-worth and embracing individuality. This year we are broadening our reach and hosting an online summit.

I AM Enough embodies the message of self-acceptance and respect, encouraging everyone to embrace their unique differences, regardless of appearance, abilities, or beliefs. This symposium focuses on making peace with your past, recognizing the significant impact of our traumas, and healing through transformative practices and conversations while raising awareness about Domestic Violence and Trauma Recovery.

Being enough means you do not have to strive to become more worthy, valid, acceptable, or loved—you already are all those things. It means showing up for yourself, even when it’s difficult, and reaping the rewards of intentional healing and recovery. Living with healthy boundaries is critical to maintaining safety and practicing intentional self-care.

Come rebuild, recover, and be restored as we explore Our Journey Towards/In/Through Recovery in the Power of Our Stories. This event unites people of all races, colors, genders, and creeds to raise our voices for the cause of freeing hearts and minds. Whether you are a survivor, survivor advocate, neutral convener, healer, leader, activist, or community member, all are welcome to this special day for a worthy cause. Together, we will rebuild, recover, and restore self-esteem, confidence, compassion, faith, hope, love, and the power of healing conversations.
