A unique upbeat combo of Latin, commercial and Māori infused dance fitness. Dance is a way of expressing ourselves, showing emotion, feeling the music and moving your body. It’s exercise in disguise! First class is FREE for newbies throughout March or if you have already been to a class, bring a new friend and you get a class free. Otherwise $10 casual, $35 for a concession card of 5 classes.
