Or, They Came Through the Air, an original play inspired by Orson Welles’s infamous 1938 War of the Worlds broadcast. Written by Greg T. Nanni, and directed by Kelly O’Donnell, this interactive and thought-provoking work explores the local and national legacy of the broadcast while drawing surprising parallels to our own era of media influence and “fake news.”Following the reading, join us for a lively talkback with the actors, director, playwright, and creative team, including Paul Ligeti of the Historical Society of West Windsor and Aylin Green, Executive Director of West Windsor Arts.
