• 7 Stations + 7 Runs (≈7K total)

• Solo or Partner options (partners split work however they choose)

• Race-style flow: Heats of 3 athletes/teams every 7 minutes

12. Sandbag Lunges — 100m (Men 20kg / Women 10kg)

13. 1K Run

14. Wall Balls — 100 reps (Men 14 lb @ 10ft / Women 9 lb @ 9ft)
