Rise Gym's HYROX Simulation Day offers a focused, high-energy training event designed to prepare participants for the actual HYROX competition experience. The event features two 3-hour slots to choose from (8-11am and 1-4pm), organised into 10-minute waves to manage participant flow.
Non-members and all members welcome!
Participants should be ready for outdoor running segments, including crossing a road.
