HYROX is a global fitness competition and training system for all fitness levels. Join us for an action-packed, high-energy community event introducing you to the HYROX brand and fitness race concept! This globally standardized workout is designed for all members of HYROX-affiliated gyms and serves as a great indicator of your current fitness level.
What to expect:
A 6-part fitness challenge simulating the HYROX race:
1,000m Run, 50 Burpee Broad Jumps, 100 Lunges, 1,000m Row, 30 Push-Ups, 100 Wall Balls.
*All movements can be scaled to your fitness level
Your results will help determine which HYROX division is the best fit for you in future main events. After completing the test, you’ll earn a finisher patch — Gold, Silver, or Bronze — based on your time and age group.
All scores are entered into a global ranking divided by gender and age group, so you can see how you stack up with athletes worldwide.
