What is the HYROX PFT?
The HYROX PFT is a free, standardized fitness challenge designed to help you gauge where you stand in HYROX-style training. This test consists of running and functional workout movements, making it an excellent benchmark for anyone looking to improve their fitness, train for a HYROX race, or just see what they’re capable of.
The Fitness Test Includes:
1,000m Run
50 Burpee Broad Jumps
100 Stationary Lunges (Fully Extended)
1,000 m Row
30 Push up (Hand Release)
100 Wall Balls (9kg/6kg)
How It Works:
- Participants will compete in waves of 3 people, with start times spaced every 10-15 minutes.
- This ensures a smooth flow and an optimal experience for all participants.
- Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to HYROX-style training, this is a great way to test yourself
