- Learning how to pace, recover and built your power

- Saturday at 7:30a
Pricing:
- Drop in fee for non-members
- Drop in fee is waived if you sign up for a membership/pack

- Full-body group workout
- Focusing on Strength, Cardio and coaching
- Helps burn fat and built muscle
What do I bring?
- Athletic attire
- Waterbottle
- Sweat towel
- Credit card (to pay drop in or hold your spot in class)
