We’re hosting a HYROX Miami Prep Simulation at Hunters Creek CrossFit for athletes preparing for HYROX Miami — or anyone who wants to experience HYROX-style racing in a structured, supportive environment.This is a training simulation, not an official HYROX race. The goal is to:
Benchmark fitness
Practice race pacing & transitions
Identify strengths, weaknesses, and prep needs
Train alongside other HYROX athletes in Orlando
Whether you’re racing Open, Doubles, or it’s your first HYROX, this simulation will help you prepare with purpose.

This is a training simulation, not an official HYROX event. Movements and flow will closely resemble HYROX but may be modified for logistics and safety.
