HYROX x CrossFit Wynwood: 40-Minute Workout Challenge
Join us at CrossFit Wynwood for a special HYROX-style workout event! Whether you're training solo or bringing a teammate, get ready to push your limits in a 40-minute individual or partner workout inspired by the HYROX race format.
We’re proud to partner with HYROX to promote health, fitness, and introduce the HYROX training style to the CrossFit community. This event is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, discover a new training format, and connect with others who are serious about functional fitness.

Doors open at 8am and the event will run until 11:30am. Stick around after for a community BBQ!!! We will have staggered start times kicking off at 8:30am and they will run every 30 minute with the last heat kicking off at 11:00am.
