About this Event
The HYROX HUNDRED is a challenging and exhilarating endevor designed to test strength, endurance, and teamwork across multiple stations. Teams of two (Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Juniors) will work together to complete the following zones in succession. The objective is to finish the entire circuit as fast as possible, with each partner splitting the work as needed.
Zone 1: 100 Calorie Ski
The event kicks off with both partners collectively completing 100 calories on the SkiErg. Partners can switch out at any time, and the strategy will involve pacing and quick transitions.
Zone 2&3: 100 Meters Sled Push and Pull
In this zone, the team will face a 100-meter distance of alternating sled pushes and pulls. Partners can divide the work in any way, with one pushing the sled while the other rests, and vice versa.
Zone 4: 100 Meters Burpee Broad Jumps
Up next are burpee broad jumps for a total of 100 meters. This is a demanding combination of explosive movement and endurance, requiring precise jumps and smooth burpee transitions. The team must coordinate to maximize speed and minimize fatigue.
Zone 5: 100 Calorie Row
Partners will then transition to the rowing machine, working together to burn 100 calories. Efficient pacing and strategic partner switches will be crucial here.
Zone 6: 100 Meters Farmers Carry
Both partners must work together to carry heavy weights over 100 meters in a Farmers Carry. Each athlete grabs a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells and covers part of the distance. This exercise tests grip strength, core stability, and coordination between teammates.
Zone 7: 100 Meters Sandbag Lunges
For this zone, the team must complete 100 meters of sandbag walking lunges, with one or both partners carrying the sandbag. The sandbag will weigh differently depending on the division (male, female, mixed or junior). Proper technique and teamwork are necessary to avoid excessive fatigue.
Zone 8: 100 Wall Balls
The final challenge is for the team to perform 100 wall balls. Partners can split the reps as needed, focusing on maintaining form and speed in this full-body movement.

Event Flow:
- The event is completed in a continuous flow, with teams transitioning between zones as quickly as possible.
- Each partner can split the work in any way they choose, allowing for flexibility in strategy. Please see attached rules of competition for presice details regarding transitions between partners.
- Communication and effective rest periods are key to balancing strength and endurance throughout the entire challenge.
