Welcome to the HYROX Circuit Challenge!

Join us for an epic day of fitness and fun at HEW Fitness Delray Beach. Do you think you're conditioned in the various HYROX movements?? Ever tried HYROX functional movements in a CrossFit competition based format?? This is your chance to put that to the test with you and a partner.

What's the format you ask?? There are three workouts, each with a ten minute time allotment, and a five minute break in between each workout. It's fast, it's fun, and best of all, if you finish in the top two of your category, you'll win!!! Cash Prizes and additional prizes for wining teams!

The divisions will consist of Men's Doubles Pro, Men's Doubles Open, Women's Doubles Pro, Women's Doubles Open, Mixed Doubles Open, and Mixed Doubles Pro. Ticket purchase is for both athletes.
