Hyrox At Athletic Form

Saturday, August 23rd we will be hosting a Hyrox event at Athletic Form. This event will include Hyrox Solo and Teams competing in a Hyrox sim. The race will be very similar to the standard Hyrox format with the exception of the runs, which will be shortened to 500m. For all my "I want to try a Hyrox but 8k is a lot of running", this is your chance!
