The gruelling HYROX competition is landing in Melbourne this December, and we want to get you there looking and feeling your best, ready to compete! If you haven’t heard of HYROX, it is the ultimate fitness challenge, designed to test participants’ strength and endurance through a series of functional exercises.
Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or venturing into HYROX for the first time, our program will equip you with the tools and training you need to excel.

Duration: 6 weeks | From 28th October to 6th Decemeber
Classes: Choose from Tuesday 8am or Saturday 6am

THE PROGRAM:
Leading the charge is Georgia Robson, a distinguished Group Trainer hailing from London. Georgia brings a wealth of experience, having competed in the solo and duo divisions of HYROX four times. Her expertise and firsthand knowledge of the competition, as well as being part of the HYROX team, make her the perfect guide for your HYROX journey.
Georgia has created a comprehensive 6-week program tailored specifically for HYROX preparation. In each class, your trainer will focus on honing your strength, endurance, and technique, ensuring you’re primed and ready to tackle the challenges of HYROX with confidence.
