This meditation and sound bath is designed to allow you to reconnect with your inner child. As adults, we experience a lot of stress and everyday responsibilities. It's essential to remember our inner child, who is carefree and wild, or to create a perfect inner child for yourself, allowing you to let go of worry, dance, sing, and be free. Free yourself and reignite a younger you. The crystal quartz singing bowls are tuned to the 7 main energy centers of the body (the chakras). When played, the vibrations allow deep relaxation and energy shifts to rebalance the body and mind. This sound bath will also incorporate hands-on Reiki and tuning forks.
Please bring what you need for maximum comfort, such as blankets, pillows, and a water bottle; wearing pyjamas is encouraged. Comfy mattresses will be provided.

Just so you know, because of limited space, refunds are not offered on soundbaths. You may always gift your ticket if you cannot make it for any reason. I appreciate your understanding.
