About this Event
This session is a deeply restorative experience combining hypnotherapy techniques, guided Yoga Nidra, and therapeutic sound. It is designed to gently support the nervous system out of fight/flight or shutdown and into a state of safety and rest.
This is not just a sound bath. It is ideal if you:
• Feel anxious, burnt out, overstimulated or emotionally exhausted • Struggle to switch off or fully relax • Feel numb, disconnected or “stuck” • Have found talking therapies overwhelming • Want deep rest without having to talk or share
You don’t need to relax in a certain way. You don’t need to understand hypnosis. You don’t need to do anything at all. Your nervous system does the work for you.
