Hypnosis for Inner Wisdom & Unity

• Description: Join us for a unique 1.5-hour, in-person session to explore deep states of relaxation, insight, and connection through hypnosis. Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique that helps participants enter a calm, focused state of awareness, allowing access to subconscious thoughts and feelings that often remain below the surface of everyday awareness. In this session, you’ll be gently guided toward a state of inner peace and presence, inviting the emergence of personal wisdom and a profound sense of unity with yourself and others.
  This experience may bring up strong emotions or deep insights, as hypnosis can allow access to memories, feelings, and thoughts that contribute to meaningful self-reflection. Our trained facilitator will ensure a supportive environment, encouraging you to approach this inner journey with openness and curiosity.
  No prior experience with hypnosis is needed—simply bring a willingness to explore, reflect, and connect.

This offering is apart of The Osher Center for Integrative Health's "Holiday Presence Offerings". Holiday Presence Offerings are nourishing opportunities intended to inspire and support your presence this season.

We will schedule the class as a virtual group visit in the MyHealth at Vanderbilt Patient Portal. Virtual class sessions will be accessible through the My Health at Vanderbilt portal (available through the internet and/or the MyHealth at Vanderbilt app). Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty, after that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class start date.
