Hypnobubs Positive Birth Course | 2 day Workshop 5th & 12th of May
A non-refundable £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your space in these small group classes (3x couples max), the remaining £220 is due 7 days prior to the first session.
These intimate classes are a combination of education, relaxation and preparation of the body & mind delivered by midwife, postpartum doula, hypnobirthing practitioner and birth and mindset mentor Chloe Thornton.
Across 2 full days, we’ll build on your understanding of the physiology of your birthing body, develop a toolkit for managing the intensity of labour, come together as a team and deepen your capacity and confidence to ask empowered questions and make informed decisions regarding your unique birth experience.
** You only need to reserve one spot in these classes to cover attendance for both you and your birth support person for the two full days of education as below:
Day One - 5th of May 9.30am - 4.30pm
Day Two - 12th of May 9.30am - 4.30pm
