Preparing for the birth of your baby with Hypnobirthing is a wonderful thing to do for both yourself, your baby and your partner, and it can completely transform your experience of bringing your baby into the world.
Suitable from 20-32 weeks, It is 12.5 hours of quality ante natal education. This course will teach you how to utilise self hypnosis for childbirth, resulting in a calmer mindset, less rates of medical intervention, reduced need for pain relief and a more positive birth, no matter what happens. It will give you an understanding of your amazing birthing body, and will hugely of increase your chances getting the birth you want. The transformation that Hypnobirthing has on labour and birth is phenomenal.
This is a couples class which will educate both you and your partner together, preparing them with confidence and ways to support you emotionally and practically.
Breathing techniques will help calm you, can even help shorten your labour and help you to give birth more gently. This is a very detailed and comprehensive course and a great investment in one of the most important days of your life.......your baby’s birthing day.
