I am an experienced midwife and hypnobirthing instructor. I am passionate about enabling mothers to feel empowered and in control of their birthing experience. If you're pregnant and nervous about childbirth, this workshop is for you. This taster session will cover:
-What hypnobirthing ACTUALLY is and busting all the myths.
-How you can achieve a positive birth which will leave you feeling powerful.
-The hormones of labour and how to use them to your advantage.
-Ask any burning questions you may have about pregnancy and birth.

The price paid for your ticket will be deducted from the full hypnobirthing course if you do decide to sign up. A discount will also be applied to those who would like to sign up on the day.
