This course will be held in-person at the Beehive Centre in St George on Sundays 10th and 17th September from 10am until 4pm each day.This birth preparation course will teach you how to approach labour and birth with calm and confidence. We teach a toolbox of techniques that will allow you to meet the sensations of labour rather than relying on medication. Birth partners also learn helpful tools.
A part of the course is dedicated to the practicalities of labour and birth and is helpful for whatever setting you chose to birth your baby.
You will receive four online/ in person complimentary Pregnancy Yoga classes upon booking.
