Hypnobirthing group course.
This is a full antenatal course which helps couples prepare for their transformational journey into parenthood and how to have a calm birth.
Breathing techniques, visualizations, affirmations, fear release, deep relaxation. Combined with lots of research based evidence to help you make informed decisions and advocate for your self/your partner.

Saturday the 7th and 14th from 9 until 1. Snacks and drinks provided.
This course is £250 per couple (expectant parent and chosen birth partner).
Pay your £50 deposit before the 25th of October and get £50 off the course. (so £200 for the whole course)
