We are not associated with a hospital and so we can spend more time making sure you are fully informed about interventions and the benefits and risks of all interventions
We have the luxury of spending 12 hours informing you of the way your body works physiologically and hormonally to help you and your baby during birth.
We make sure your birth partner fees totally aware of how to help you during birth.Your partner will be the BEST support person ever.
We know many mums feel anxious and sometimes fearful of birth and so we talk about the impact of fear on how we labour and therefore how important it is to remove those fears with knowledge and tools
If you'd like to meet other like minded parents and enter birth with confidence and excitement , this is the class for you.
Im also a lactation consultant and you may choose to employ my services and my 30 years of experience to help you feed comfortably as well
