Join us at this full day comprehensive course where you will learn all about birth, understand the process of birth and how your hormones, environment and support system can impact your birth, pain relief options, all types of birth, induction of labour, stages of labour, birth choices and options, how to manage contractions at home and in hospital. This course has the added benefit of hypnobirthing, and this is where the transformation happens. I lay the groundwork, giving you tools to practice during your pregnancy so you can feel confident and calm when you are in labour.
I am delighted to be hosting this next event at the Burrendale Hotel in Newcastle Co.Down. Lunch will be provided along with a goody bag with a birth plan, hospital checklist, and all your hypnobirthing essentials.
