Hi everyone! 🌿If you're interested in mindfulness and open to exploring relaxation techniques, I’d love to invite you to a guided meditation session that I’ll be facilitating. We’ll be using a light hypnosis recording created by professional hypnotherapist Patti, designed to support deep relaxation and calm.
Patti and I are now working together to share this often-underestimated approach to wellbeing, and I’m really happy to offer it to our local community. I’ve studied hypnosis techniques in the past, and I’ve seen how helpful they can be for reducing stress and finding a sense of ease.
