Join us online or in person on Saturday May 25th 11-13.30 for a beginners guide in how to manage your joint pain when you have joint hypermobility.
In this workshop I share my easy to follow, all levels method to safely strengthen your joints.With fifteen years of teaching under my belt I have helped many clients with joint issues gain control of their pain.
In the first hour I'll talk through my method and help you learn how to assess your own individual issues.
A half an hour break will give us all mental breathing space and a chance for you to write down some questions.
In the second half I'll answer as many questions as I can with movements and tips you will be able to call on for the rest of your life.
You can attend on zoom or in person. We have a couple of zoom slots for anyone who is currently unwaged, so do get in touch.
Remember I'm not a medical professional so I will only be dealing with joint strengthening issues.
