Sis Got Tea and Apeiro Human Movement present Hypermobility 101: A Beginner's Guide to the Connection Between Neurodivergence and Hypermobility!In this 90-minute workshop, Laura Barito (she, her), owner and founder of Apeiro Human Movement, we will discuss the basics of hypermobility (what it is, how to manage it, and how it affects your body and your life) as well as the connection between hypermobility and neurodivergence. Laura will also explain how to manage hypermobility safely and effectively.
Laura Barito, a queer, neurodivergent, hypermobile person, holds a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology; and she specializes in biomechanics and hypermobility.
