About this Event

In this online support group, you can choose to listen to and/ or share with a small group of 1 to 5 attendees who suffer from hyperhidrosis.

All attendees create a safe environment of acceptance during this hyperhidrosis support group session. To do this we can choose to share content that contains thoughts, feelings, and experiences of our hyperhidrosis. If we share anything negative about ourselves we will be encouraged to meet it with loving curiosity and loving discovery. (In this support group we are not sharing about products/services or other people.) If this is for you, join us as we learn we are not alone and we can feel safe to express what it's like to live with hyperhidrosis.
