Join us for our most beloved retreat of the year- the Hygge Retreat! Hygge is a Danish word used to describe intentional nothingness. When we learn ways to honor this season that calls us to move slower, we can begin to connect to our inner world, learning to enjoy moments of presence & stillness. The weekend will be dedicated to finding internal warmth, rest, and rejuvenation in order to connect back to that place of stillness within. The weekend includes all meals, restorative yoga practices on and off the mat, time for reflection in community, and a sound bath.
