You are invited to join us for a weekend away just outside of Kansas City, MO.
This retreat is for those who are looking to connect with others who are deconstructing. It's a space where you can lose the filter, not feel the need to perform, and instead come and expereince being seen, known, and held.
We want you there!
Itinerary

** time that is not accounted for in schedule can be seen as free time to do as you like. I don't want to overplan these retreats. I like to leave plenty of space for rest, curiosity, and play!
Thursday Evening
Arrival 5pm - Room assignments and introductions. Please try to show up on time for orientation!
Dinner 6 pm - We'll start the retreat with a charcuterie feast outside (weather permitting) and watch the sun go down behind the mountains and the stars come out.
Evening - After a couple of group games, there will be plenty of space to spread out and choose your own adventure for the evening. There are board games inside, a warm fire on the heart, a hot tub outside, and a second comfy living room in the basement. Lights out and quiet are at 12pm to ensure that you go home from the retreat more rested than when you arrive.
Friday
7 am-10 am: One of the most important parts of these retreats to me is giving you the chance to wake up naturally. This means that I'll have a lovely little continental breakfast ready from 7am for our early risers, to 10 am for those who enjoy no alarm. This way, everyone can get their rest needs met, no matter whether that means getting up and enjoying a quiet journaling session with a mug of coffee or enjoying the warmth of your bed for a few extra hours. I call this "Slow Morning Breakfast"
10am Group Activity TBD Options include - a craft, going into town, going for a hike, etc. Will be determined over the course of our Zoom calls.
12pm Lunch at a local spot!
2-3pm Quiet hour. It's important to me that each day everyone gets a little time to themselves to rest, check in with themselves and their needs, decompress, and hopefully not get too overstimulated. What you do during this hour is up to you, but I ask that you do it alone and pay attention to what your body needs.
6pm Dinner and a Group activity
Games, hot tub, and living rooms available for everyone to spread out and have their own conversations and play.
Lights out and quiet at midnight.
Saturday
7 am-10 am: Slow Morning Breakfast
10am Group Activity TBD Options include - a craft, going into town, going for a hike, etc. Will be determined over the course of our Zoom calls.
12pm Lunch
2-3pm Quiet hour.
6pm Feast This will be our last big meal of the retreat. There will be a time to reflect on the retreat and affirm each other and generally commemorate our weekend together.
Games, hot tub, and living rooms available for everyone to spread out and have their own conversations and play.
Lights out and quiet at midnight.
Sunday Morning:
7-8am: Light breakfast with pastries, fruit, mini quiches that are easy to travel with as you go on your way back home!
