About this Event
About this event

Grief is a natural part of being human. It is said that grief is love with no where to go. While a natural experience, loss can be lonely. During this 1.5 day retreat we will explore how to integrate our grief into our lives so we can live in a meaningful way and carry the love we have for those passed with us.

This retreat is well suited for someone who is at least six month out from the loss of a loved one or pet, who wants to connect with others, share, be heard and listen, appreciates a holistic perspective in support for grief and loss and wants to gain practical approaches to supporting themselves so they can live in an intentional way.
