Hyde Street 2021 - REGISTRATION

PLEASE READ:

This is to REGISTER for your tickets for the 2021 Hyde Street event, under one of the following THREE categories:

#1. 2021 Hyde Street and adjoining Streets RESIDENTS:

 Resident of Hyde Street (R18)

• 1 ticket per resident

• Guaranteed tickets at reduced price ($13 +bf), but you STILL need to purchase at later date.

 Invited Guest of Hyde Street Resident (R18)

• allocation of 6 invited guests per Resident – mix of Student/ Non-Student – max 3 non-student tickets per resident.

• Students. Guaranteed tickets at General Admission price ($55 +bf), but STILL need to purchase at later date.

• Non-Students. NOT guaranteed a ticket. You need to have contacted OUSA AFTER registration, and will STILL need to purchase at later date, at General Admission price ($55 +bf).

 Resident of properties backing onto Hyde Street. (R18)

• Guaranteed tickets at General Admission price ($55 +bf), but you STILL need to purchase at later date. Non-Students also need to contact OUSA AFTER registration. Proof of ResIdency will be required to collect Wristbands

#2. 2020 Hyde Street RESIDENTS:

 Resident of Hyde Street in 2020. (R18)

• Guaranteed tickets (1 plus 1 guest) at General Admission price ($55+bf), but you STILL need to purchase at later date. Non-Students need to contact OUSA AFTER registration.

PLEASE NOTE: No on-sales. These tickets are intended for you as a resident of Hyde, or an adjoining street. You must attend the event, if you can’t then please don’t register. ID’s and proof of residency will be checked as you collect your wristbands.

#3. LOTTERY:

 General Admission (For everyone else). (R18)

• To go into the lottery for your chance to be allocated up to 6 tickets for the event.

• You need to enter details of ALL 6 people in your group.

• You NEED to be an Otago University or Otago Polytech Student, Year 2 or above.

If you are successful in the lottery, or register as a resident, guest of resident, then you will be EMAILED your Unique Codes by 5pm, Tuesday 23rd March. These Unique Codes will unlock access to your allocated tickets (at GA cost of $55+bf). So please ensure you enter a valid email address.

IF YOU ENTER AN INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS OR STUDENT ID FOR YOU OR YOUR MATES, YOU RISK YOUR REGISTRATION BEING INVALIDATED.

NB. Event is R18, and is NOT open to First-Year Students. Your time will come. OUSA will carry out checks on ALL student ID's entered ;)
