Women's circles create a sanctuary for women to unleash their true essence, where they courageously amplify their voices, reclaim their untapped power, and ignite the fire of self-worth within. United in celebration of their exquisite diversity, they embrace the sacred force of the universal feminine energy, propelling boundless self-growth and catalyzing a profound transformation across the planet.
In this gathering, you will learn how to manipulate your own life force energy in your own body by marrying kundalini breathwork, movement & principles of energetics. (LEARN MORE ABOUT GABI'S APPROACH TO HEALING)
You will be guided through paired & self exercises that will open your heart to vulnerability, and push you outside of your comfort zone, so you can move through some of the blocks discussed in the earlier section, all whilst being held by your sisters.
